Shop Terms

Seller — Atium Sp. z o.o., registered at: ul. Franciszka Rakoczego 9/55, 80-288 Gdańsk, Poland. Tax ID (NIP): 957-119-17-07, Court Registry (KRS): 0001189153, Statistical ID (REGON): 542471493. Shop — the online shop available at urbgames.com/shop. Buyer — a natural person making a purchase in the Shop. Ticket — a booking confirmation for participation in a scheduled city game, entitling the holder to participate on the selected date. Voucher — a gift certificate entitling the holder to participate in a city game on a date of their choosing.

The following products are available in the Shop: a) Tickets for scheduled city games — entitling the holder to participate in a game on a specific date and in a specific city, for a selected number of participants. b) Gift vouchers — entitling the recipient to participate in a city game on a date of their choosing.

a) Orders are placed by completing the booking form in the Shop and making an online payment. b) An order is considered placed upon payment confirmation. c) After placing an order, the Buyer receives a confirmation email with a QR code/voucher code at the provided email address. d) Creating a user account is not required to make a purchase.

a) All prices in the Shop include VAT (gross prices). b) The binding price is the price displayed at the time of placing the order. c) Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Available payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), BLIK, Przelewy24. d) The Seller does not store payment card data — it is processed exclusively by Stripe.

a) A ticket is valid only for the selected date and location. b) A voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher. c) The Buyer is required to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in forfeiture of the right to participate without a refund. d) A minimum number of participants may be required — if the required number is not met, the Seller will contact the Buyer to arrange an alternative date or refund.

a) In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, a Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date of conclusion of the contract, without giving a reason. b) The right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the expiry of the withdrawal period — this applies to tickets for games taking place within 14 days of purchase. c) To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send a statement to: kontakt@urbgames.com. d) In the event of a valid withdrawal, a refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the statement, to the account from which the payment was made.

a) Complaints regarding purchased products or services can be submitted by email to: kontakt@urbgames.com or by post to the Seller's registered address. b) A complaint should include: full name, email address, order number, and a description of the issue. c) The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt. d) The Buyer has the right to use out-of-court complaint resolution methods, including the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

a) If a game is cancelled for reasons attributable to the Seller (e.g., weather conditions, force majeure), the Buyer receives a full refund or the option to select an alternative date. b) Date changes by the Buyer are possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled game, subject to availability. c) Date change requests should be sent to: kontakt@urbgames.com.

Buyers' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at urbgames.com/privacy-policy. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. — payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.

a) The Seller reserves the right to amend these Shop Terms. Changes do not apply to orders placed before they take effect. b) In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, and the Act on Electronic Services. c) General terms of use for the website are set out in the Terms of Service available at urbgames.com/terms.
