Tax ID (NIP): 957-119-17-07, Court Registry (KRS): 0001189153, Statistical ID (REGON): 542471493. Website — the website available at urbgames.com. User — any person using the Website. Electronic Service — a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the User through the Website.

a) The Website allows Users to explore the event offerings of URB Games, including city games, corporate events, picnics, and other services in 8 Polish cities. b) Use of the Website is free of charge and available to all Users with internet access. c) The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and principles of social conduct. d) Technical requirements: a web browser with JavaScript and cookie support.

The following electronic services are provided through the Website: a) Contact form — allows sending inquiries to the Service Provider. The service is provided free of charge, on a one-time basis, and ends upon sending the message. b) Event configurator — allows configuring a corporate or school event and generating a PDF offer. The service is provided free of charge. c) Offer catalog — allows browsing the service catalog in flipbook format. The service is provided free of charge. d) Blog — allows browsing articles published by the Service Provider. The service is provided free of charge. e) Online shop — allows purchasing tickets for scheduled city games and gift vouchers. Sales terms are governed by separate Shop Terms.

a) All content on the Website, including texts, photos, graphics, logos, page layouts, and software, are the property of the Service Provider or have been used with the permission of their owners. b) Copying, distributing, modifying, or otherwise using Website content without written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.

a) The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the information on the Website is current and accurate, but does not accept liability for any inaccuracies. b) The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions in the Website's operation due to technical reasons (maintenance, failures, force majeure). c) The Service Provider is not liable for content on third-party websites linked from the Website.

a) Complaints regarding the operation of the Website can be submitted by email to: kontakt@urbgames.com or by post to the Service Provider's registered address. b) A complaint should include: full name, email address, and a description of the issue. c) The Service Provider will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the User of the outcome.

a) The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the Website. b) In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Electronic Services. c) Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.
